● 대장직장 수술에서 ERAS protocol 을 적용하는 진료지침
◎ Goal-directed fluid therapy does not reduce postoperative ileus in gastrointestinal surgery: A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

● 수술 중 ERAS protocol에 의한 수액요법 (goal-directed fluid therapy, GDFT) 은 수술 후 장마비 발생 감소에 효과가 없다. 또한 수술 후 합병증 및 사망 발생 감소에 거의 효과가 없다. GDFT 는 ERAS protocol 에서 고려하지 않는 것이 좋을 것으로 보인다.

● 대장직장암 환자에서 ERAS protocol 의 높은 준수율을 유지하는 것은 가능하다. 비록 수년 후에는 준수율의 감소가 있으나, 이는 단기 경과에 영향을 미치지 못한다.
